Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including GL accounting and reconciliations.
Complete and maintain bank reconciliations for all cash accounts.
Review sales tax returns from third-party software; assist with filings as needed.
Assist external auditors; gather data and documents for annual audit.
Review coding of invoices, cards, and reimbursements for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
3+ years of related accounting experience.
Proficient with Excel and NetSuite or ERP.
General Ledger maintenance.
Accounts payable/receivable management.
Tax preparation and compliance.
