At Stackline, we are seeking an energized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team that operates at the forefront of developing, delivering and optimizing programmatic display campaigns for some of the most prominent brands in the world.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid in-office policy (4 days/week in office) based in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY. 

• Manage a team to develop, optimize, and oversee programmatic display campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon DSP or The Trade Desk.
• Collaborate with the business development team, contributing to display advertising efforts, including RFP responses, upselling, and managing contract renewals.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of P&L dynamics, overseeing revenue projections, ensuring team profitability, and promptly communicating any risks to leadership.
• Construct strategic media plans with budget and key performance indicator (KPI) recommendations, emphasizing the integration of retail media with broader marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and lead relationships with key stakeholders at consumer brands across all levels and departments.
• Conduct client calls, steering project discussions, analyzing business trends, and planning future initiatives in display advertising and programmatic, utilizing Stackline's data for insightful media applications.
• Generate reports that analyze media performance, incorporating insights on market share trends and competitive analysis.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the retail media team.
• Develop expertise in Stackline’s software products, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of digital advertising experience, with a focus on 6+ years in display advertising and programmatic.
• Extensive experience using data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and creating compelling presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• 6+ years of client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of audience development, creative, and targeting strategies.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Strong curiosity about new topics and challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workflows effectively.
• Proven experience drawing insights from data to provide client recommendations on e-commerce strategy.

• Understanding of the Amazon Advertising or Walmart Advertising ecosystem.
• SQL experience.
• Ability to think big, work hard, and solve problems.
• Experience in a startup, retail, digital advertising agency, or e-commerce environment

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
