📋 Description

  • Drive early customer adoption and payment volume across SMBs.
  • Turn interest into live usage by working directly with customers.
  • Build the first repeatable GTM motion with scalable acquisition.
  • Develop sharp product positioning translating stablecoin infra into SMB value.
  • Conduct deep customer discovery to identify pain points and willingness to pay.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth, GTM, sales, partnerships, or early-stage commercial roles.
  • At least one zero-to-one experience taking a product from concept to PMF, ideally in a startup.
  • Strong growth toolkit: outbound, lifecycle, channel experimentation, activation, and PMM fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on positioning and messaging.
  • Background in fintech or payments ecosystems and proven ability to sell to SMBs.
  • Experience working across regions or global teams.
