🎯 Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in growth, GTM, sales, partnerships, or early-stage commercial roles.

- Strong growth toolkit: outbound, lifecycle, channel experimentation, activation, and PMM fundamentals.
- Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on positioning and messaging.
- Background in fintech or payments ecosystems and proven ability to sell to SMBs.
- Experience working across regions or global teams.
