• Turn a fast-growing, stateful system into a predictable platform.
• Automate traffic-heavy workloads and reduce operational stress.
• Manage multi-region AWS across accounts and Kubernetes.
• Design tooling to scale systems without scaling human effort.
• Participate in on-call and incident response to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on Kubernetes production experience (EKS preferred).
• Experience operating production AWS infra across multiple accounts.
• Terraform or Terragrunt automation at scale (modular design & state).
• Solid Linux knowledge (disk, memory, networking, failure modes).
• Experience supporting stateful systems (databases, queues, storage).
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, including on-call.
