🎯 Requirements
- 5+ yrs Workday HCM configuration; 2+ yrs in another HCM area.
- 5+ yrs building and maintaining Workday HCM reporting and security.
- Workday HCM certification (preferred).
- Understands system integration within and outside HR.
- Experience in a highly matrixed global organization.
- SOX-based environment experience; SOX compliant programs.
