- Hands-on with WFM platforms (Assembled strongly preferred).
- Strong financial/operational acumen; partners with Finance & RevOps.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; strong modeling skills.
- BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
- Exceptional communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
