  • Experience with WFM tools: Assembled, Calabrio, NICE, Verint, or similar
  • Strong Excel/SQL data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication; able to present complex data clearly
  • Forecasting, capacity planning, and performance monitoring experience
  • Cloud software experience; predictive analytics/ML; Lean Six Sigma
