🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
- 5+ years in manufacturing or fluids/mechanical/electromechanical design
- 7+ years project experience in wastewater treatment
- Experience with process parameters and units for temp, pressure, flow
- Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, CAD drawings, BOMs
- Experience with mechanical equipment disassembly and repair
- Experience with lockout/tagout, JHA, and hot work permitting
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
- Experience taking products from R&D to production
