🎯 Requirements

- Expert-level knowledge of design patterns and usability for enterprise software or data-focused apps.
- Experience conducting agile UX research with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt methodologies to project needs and deliver timely insights.
- Deep understanding of ArcGIS and GIS; proactive in learning workflows with internal experts.
