- Robust portfolio across multichannel products, guided by user research.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered content.
- Knowledge of AP writing style applied to product content.
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy content.
- Self-starter; prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines.
