📋 Description

• Architect UI for RainFocus platform across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and identifying gaps.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and participate in guilds.
• Architect scalable front-end systems using React, Svelte, or Web Components.
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, and backend teams to shape API integrations.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and foster a culture of improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years frontend development experience (SaaS/enterprise/high-traffic).
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Svelte, and CSS/SASS.
• Deep understanding of web standards, Core Web Vitals, Redux/Context, and responsive design.
• Leadership in owning large-scale epics, managing debt, and resources.
• Exceptional communication translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking vision to challenge status quo and improve processes.
