- Experience supporting an in-house Legal department or paralegal background.
- Proven ability to design and deploy engaging content (wikis, e-learning, curricula).
- Proficiency with Confluence, Highspot, WalkMe, Articulate, Zoom, Google Slides; TAP familiarity.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
