π― Requirements
- Proven AV sales and partner management; AV over IP, switches, and APs.
- 8+ years managing top-tier AV accounts including integrators and consultants; CEO/CTO relationships.
- Strong relationships with value-added distributors, systems integrators, consultants, and resellers.
- Ability to write and execute business plans by account and region; forecast and quota attainment.
- Fluent English.
