  • Proactively build and manage top-tier AV partners and distributors; drive growth.
  • Identify, train, and manage channel accounts (integrators, distributors, consultants).
  • Recruit new partners to drive quarterly recurring NETGEAR business via face-to-face engagement.
  • Expand distribution channels; onboard value-added distributors to build project pipelines.
  • Manage existing AV partners to grow share of wallet across product categories.
  • Coordinate with internal NETGEAR resources to optimize sales results and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven AV sales and partner management; AV over IP, switches, and APs.
  • 8+ years managing top-tier AV accounts including integrators and consultants; CEO/CTO relationships.
  • Strong relationships with value-added distributors, systems integrators, consultants, and resellers.
  • Ability to write and execute business plans by account and region; forecast and quota attainment.
  • Fluent English.
