🎯 Requirements

• Technical Expertise: 5+ years in Martech/Marketing Ops with 3+ years configuring Workfront.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: assess impact of technical requests on the wider ecosystem.
• Configuration Mastery: deep knowledge of Workfront objects, logic, and templates.
• Integration Skills: experience with Workfront Fusion, Workato, and APIs.
• Communication Skills: explain value of configurations to architects and stakeholders.
