📋 Description

• Configure with Strategy: implement advanced configurations aligned with client goals.
• Master the Toolset: primary technical specialist for Workfront focusing on deep settings and templates.
• Contribute to Solution Design: vet blueprints with the Lead Architect and provide viable insights.
• Integrate with Intent: design workflows that enable cross-platform reporting and visibility.
• Optimize and Troubleshoot: lead problem solving and identify quick wins for workflows.
• Develop toward Architecture: participate in high-level solutioning toward architecture gains.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Martech or Marketing Operations with at least 3 years of hands-on Workfront or similar enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strategic problem-solving: assess impact of configurations on broader ecosystem.
• Configuration mastery: deep knowledge of Workfront objects, logic, and layout templates.
• Integration skills: experience with Workfront Fusion, Workato, and API structures.
• Communication skills: explain technical value to architects and stakeholders.
