- Update content with latest Kafka/Confluent updates with curriculum team.
- Represent Confluent at partner events across APAC as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical trainer, sales engineer, or similar role.
- Expertise in Apache Kafka and Confluent products (producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, connectors).
- Proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences (developers, architects, IT pros).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time streaming.
- Proficient in Java; familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time.
