Deliver tech training (instructor-led, virtual, and recorded) for customers and partners
Lead hands-on labs, workshops, and scenario-based learning
Explain observability, monitoring, AIOps, cloud, and integrations
Maintain LM platform expertise: deployment, alerts, dashboards
Translate product updates into high-quality training content
Design training materials: presentations, guides, labs, videos

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Education, or related field
4+ years in technical training or enablement
Strong IT infra, monitoring, observability, and cloud knowledge
Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and recorded training
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences
Based in or near London with ability to travel
