📋 Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve AXON hardware and software issues
  • Become a subject matter expert in Axon’s product base
  • Provide world-class bilingual support via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and report product bugs; drive resolution with internal teams
  • Translate and localize technical docs and customer communications
  • Manage Spanish-language support queue and case resolution

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years technical support in software/hardware or web solutions
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with Windows OS, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of internet networking and routing
  • Self-driven, takes ownership and works independently
