📋 Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AXON hardware and software
  • Become a subject matter expert in Axon’s product base
  • Provide world-class support for complex issues while maintaining SLAs

  • Provide bilingual German/English support via phone, email, and chat

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years technical support in software/hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce
  • Full professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with Windows, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong networking and routing knowledge
  • CJIS background check required
