📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years technical support in software/hardware or web-based solutions.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient with Windows, mobile devices, and cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of internet networking and routing.
  • CJIS background check required.
