  • Provide support for partners and customers via phone, email, and web
  • Escalate and collaborate with Eng to resolve issues
  • Provide Tier 2/3 tech expertise for service, data center, and wireless issues

  • Use troubleshooting to perform lab replications and test engineering fixes

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Business English and Japanese proficiency
  • Strong communication in English and Japanese
  • OpenStack and Kubernetes experience preferred
  • Networking knowledge: OSPF, BGP, MPLS
  • CCNA/CCNP certification a plus
