📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter for HTS on a 10-month contract, remote in the Americas.
• Lead scaling of engineering, product, and data teams globally.
• Leverage Ashby and AI sourcing to identify top 1% talent.
• End-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, incl. AI/ML and leadership.
• Partner with HTS leadership to define requirements and compensation.
• Ensure world-class candidate experience and mentor interviewers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth environments (SaaS/Fintech/TravelTech preferred).
• Able to switch between technical and non-technical searches without losing momentum.
• Power-user with Ashby (or Greenhouse/Lever) and modern recruiting tools.
• AI-native: proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Fetcher, Findem, etc.) to source and outreach.
• Technical literacy: ability to speak engineer and understand business/ops needs.
• Global mindset: experience navigating international hiring, time zones, remote-first.
