π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree +5+ years recruiting; or associate +6 years; or 7+ years in lieu.
- Experience in executive and engineering recruiting.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation).
- Experience with in-house recruiting.
- Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles.
