🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree +5+ years recruiting; or associate +6 years; or 7+ years in lieu.
  • Experience in executive and engineering recruiting.
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation).
  • Experience with in-house recruiting.
  • Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles.
