🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting experience; or 6+ years with an associate degree; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- In-house and high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
- Strong ability to review data and identify top 5% of talent.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
