📋 Description

  • Source technical talent from diverse tools with emphasis on quality and quantity
  • Build repeatable pipelines of technical talent (engineering) for multiple roles concurrently
  • Be SME for hiring tech talent in APAC (Bangkok and India) offices

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical recruiting with a track record sourcing passive engineering candidates in India and Thailand
  • Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Fluency in ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage recruiting systems
  • Knowledge of India's talent market and building pipelines
  • Strong project management skills and experience refining recruiting processes
