🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical recruiting with a track record sourcing passive engineering candidates in India and Thailand
Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
Fluency in ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage recruiting systems
Knowledge of India's talent market and building pipelines
Strong project management skills and experience refining recruiting processes
