🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical recruiting with a track record sourcing passive engineering candidates in India and Thailand
- Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Fluency in ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage recruiting systems
- Knowledge of India's talent market and building pipelines
- Strong project management skills and experience refining recruiting processes
