🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years recruiting in Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Experience recruiting for NAM & LATAM; EMEA nice to have.
- Experience working in a SaaS company.
- Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and executives.
- Excellent Spanish and English communication.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
