📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and lifecycle for high-impact roles.
• Architect advanced sourcing to engage passive talent via networks and platforms.
• Conduct technical and behavioral evaluations to meet rigorous standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide data-driven hiring insights and timelines.
• Lead negotiations for offers and executive compensation.
• Oversee onboarding workflows, including background checks and HRIS data management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focused on technical or clinical roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence; build strategic relationships.
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous; lead projects independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
• Expert knowledge of clinical licensure, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Proficient with Ashby and a wide range of recruiting tech and automation tools.
• Proven ability to advise hiring managers and department heads.
