📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of personalization programs across surfaces and ranking.
• Drive cross-surface execution to scale personalization efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years TPM experience driving cross-functional programs.
• Personalization/ML-driven systems experience in consumer products.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong governance, planning, and scalable cross-team communication.
• Data-driven with metrics to guide priorities and tradeoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; AI-first mindset and GenAI fluency.
