Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ads Performance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for Ads Performance initiatives with clear goals and metrics.
• Turn ambiguous problems into charters and roadmaps, with ownership and data readiness.
• Partner with Eng, Product, Design, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to align stakeholders.
• Drive capabilities across ads delivery and modeling (bidding, ranking, optimization).
• Scale systems to support new surfaces, formats, markets, with reliability and latency.
• Influence tech direction and tradeoffs on architecture, latency, privacy, and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or related role.
• Strong leadership with entrepreneurial mindset to lead initiatives in ambiguity.
• Passion for execution and delivering large, complex programs.
• Solid technical background with ability to understand system design and risks.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and data-driven risk/opportunity identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
