🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-departmental programs with multiple engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of QTC process flows and how they intersect with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition systems.
- Comfort operating in AI-driven program environments — experience coordinating delivery of AI or ML-powered products is a strong plus.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time with strong stakeholder alignment.
- Strong project management skills including timeline development, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Expert proficiency with Jira, including plans, dashboards, and automation.
