🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Project/Program/Change Mgmt or leading large programs
Experience managing cross-departmental processes
Experience leading projects from start to finish
Strong problem-solving skills; navigate complex issues and manage partners
Experience in a high-growth company
Business degree or equivalent experience
