🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in PM/Program Management or leading large programs
- Experience leading cross-departmental processes
- Experience with API platforms
- Experience leading projects from start to finish
- Business degree or equivalent experience
- Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria; fluent in English
