- Own and evolve core programmatic workflows (planning, targeting, bidding, pacing, budgeting).
- Develop and apply AI/ML techniques for bidding optimizations, pacing models, and forecasting.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-quality execution and innovation.
- Write product docs (Confluence, PRDs, specs) to guide engineering and align stakeholders.
- Deliver reporting, measurement, and attribution for transparency and insights.
- Ensure reliability, low latency, and scalable real-time bidding and data pipelines.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, incl. 2+ years in a technical PM role.
- Strong foundations in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Proven collaboration with engineers on system design, APIs, data structures, and trade-offs.
- Familiar with backend systems, microservices, DB modeling, and event-driven architectures.
- SQL proficiency and ability to review technical docs and code snippets.
- Experience launching internal tooling, APIs, or platform components for multiple teams.
