- Experience in technical field services, implementation, or installation with customer-facing role.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments.
- Autonomous, owns projects end-to-end, proactive problem solver.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product to refine workflows.
- Clear communicator; takes initiative and improves processes.
