🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years' direct experience with public safety systems (911, CAD, radios, logging recorders).
- Experience in field services, implementation, or installation with strong customer-facing component.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments.
- Autonomous, own projects end-to-end; proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to refine workflows.
- Take initiative, communicate clearly, and improve processes.
