🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience with public safety systems (911, CAD, radios, logging recorders).
- Experience in technical field services, implementation, or installation with customer-facing role.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments.
- Autonomous, end-to-end project ownership; proactive issue resolution.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to refine workflows.
- Clear communication; self-motivated with initiative.
