📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a professional role (6+ with a Master’s degree).
  • 3+ years as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent (Technical Consultant, Product Management, or Solution Architect).
  • 3+ years in identity and access management including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, or security best practices.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications: Okta Certified, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to translate complex technical topics for customers at all levels.
  • Location: reside within 50 miles of the Toronto office.
