Gather and prepare personal property tax returns across all U.S. states.
Resolve tax notices and similar matters.
Research sales/use tax and other indirect taxes.
Validate data and ensure correct sales tax calculation in Vertex and other software.
Assist with indirect tax audits, refunds, and responses to authorities.
Prepare and maintain the indirect tax calendar and admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, or business.
4+ years indirect tax experience in public accounting or multinational company.
Excel and tax research tools (Checkpoint) experience.
