🎯 Requirements

5+ years of technical recruitment experience.
Ability to source for APAC roles (Japan, Australia, Korea, Singapore).
Excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.
Proactive and independent with initiative.
Excellent time management with proven deadlines.
Track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
