- Own the closing process: offers, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop data-driven sourcing and hiring strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house.
- Experience with ATS (Lever preferred); UltiPro/UKG a plus.
- Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
- Experience recruiting for multiple functional areas; senior or highly technical roles preferred.
- Multi-location and/or global hiring experience preferred.
