Partner with account teams for pre-sales tech consultation, design, demos, and PoCs.
Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise WiFi, switches, routers, and security/cloud solutions.
Present technical content to IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
Bridge customers with NETGEAR Support; manage post-sales transitions and escalations.
Capture and relay customer feedback to Product Management to guide releases.
Design secure networks with Zero Trust: segmentation, RBAC, onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Systems/Network Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies.
Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and security practices.
Cloud-managed networking (NETGEAR Insight or competitors).
Zero Trust concepts including identity-based access and micro-segmentation.
RF design tools including Ekahau and Hamina; CWNA/CCNA/CCNP preferred.
