- Networking concepts: DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's in CS, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM
