📋 Description

  • Design: draft PRDs and wireframes aligned with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Customer Support tooling in a fast‑paced SaaS env.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technical/business field.
  • AI Platform experience: managing AI support tools or LLM‑based platforms.
  • Established subject matter expert in GTM tooling with broad tool impact.
  • Ability to translate complex customer problems into clear requirements.
  • Experience using AI to solve high‑impact business problems.
  • Analytical skills: analyze large datasets of conversation logs.
