  • Be the senior technical focal point for EMEA customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for global customers, ensuring satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years as Senior Support Engineer or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Enterprise-level SaaS/web app support experience (Fortune 500 preferred).
  • Hands-on SaaS/Cloud infrastructure experience.
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
  • SQL data retrieval skills.
  • Experience with Fiddler, Wireshark, Chrome DevTools, Kibana or Splunk.
