🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Eng for battery components.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace or Manufacturing Eng.
Functional testing: ATP, bench tests, environmental or stress tests.
APQP AS9145/PPAP experience with design verification and process validation.
Technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams; support drawing reviews.
PLM/ERP experience for BOM management and serial traceability.
