- Lead PS team for Interview Room deployments from discovery to go-live and handoff.
- Own delivery quality for Interview Room deployments: readiness, installation, configuration, training, and integration.
- Define and improve scalable delivery playbooks, governance, and controls for sensitive workflows.
- Own inventory and asset lifecycle management: forecasting, allocation, staging, tracking, returns, and RMA.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations on material availability and timely delivery.
- Manage third-party performance (installers, integrators, subcontractors, vendors): SOWs, SLAs, onboarding, audits.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Professional Services/field ops with people leadership.
- Experience delivering complex tech to public safety or regulated clients; Interview Room/Axon Evidence a plus.
- Inventory/asset management, demand/capacity planning, logistics, and vendor performance.
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Eng, CS, Support, and Supply Chain.
- Technical fluency with hardware, cloud/SaaS, and interview capture integrations; valid driver's license.
