Develop production procedures; transition parts from development to production.
Coordinate development, qualification, and acceptance testing of systems and tooling.
Execute design for manufacturability changes to improve production efficiency.
Create CAD models and prints for flight and tooling components.
Lead on-site design engineering contact for efficient build of parts and assemblies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
5+ years engineering experience in manufacturing or production.
Master's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aerospace/materials/industrial engineering.
Experience with build, assembly, or integration of large mechanical assemblies.
Knowledge of welding, metal forming, fastening, drilling, bonding, automation.
3D CAD design and analysis for components and tooling; DFMA.
