Serve as the responsible engineer for launch pad mechanical systems and structures
Utilize FEM software (ANSYS, FEMAP) and hand calculations for design
Lead technicians in troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
Develop and improve automation for the systems you own
Identify and implement upgrades to hardware, software, and procedures
Develop post-launch data review for your systems (auto/manual)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, physics, CS, or related
5+ years electro-mechanical hardware experience
Experience with hazardous systems (high pressure/energy/gases)
CAD tools: SOLIDWORKS and/or Siemens NX
FEM software: ANSYS or FEMAP
Python or similar for data review/analysis
