- Proven success leading reliability programs at scale (availability, failover, incident reduction).
- Strong infra/distributed systems or SRE background; engineering/SRE exp preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership to define strategy.
- Ability to translate vague goals into actionable plans with milestones and KPIs.
