🎯 Requirements

6+ years of aerospace engineering experience with software and complex hardware
BS/MS/PhD in systems, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or related field
Proven expertise in SAE ARP4754A and ARP4761 processes or similar standards
Experience with Polarion or other requirements management tools
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional critical thinking skills and engineering judgment
